Screening
I am sure that you agree with me that privacy and security are of utmost importance for our meeting.
I require that all new clients be screened before we can set up a date and time for our encounter.
Please provide your legal name and be prepared to show me a picture ID that matches it when we meet.

- If you have 3 or more recent “Okays” on P411, those will suffice.
- Otherwise, please provide contact info from at least 2 reputable providers you have seen within the last 6 months and who will vouch for you. A reputable provider is one who is currently active, and has a website and /or current ads.
- You must provide their names, website addresses, and text or email contact info.
